My name is Parker Estep and I am the Owner/Head Chef of Park’s Barks BBQ. I’ve been cooking as long as I can remember and I’ve always enjoyed cooking for others. It is my passion. In 2017 I graduated from CIA (Culinary Institute of America) and started my journey in the restaurant industry.

 Park's Barks BBQ was Established in 2020.

Ready to serve you with the best BBQ and gourmet food.

BBQ is my specialty but I have a wide range of cooking skills, which means I can pretty much do it all!

Unique Approach

The food trailer experience is like no other. It’s Great for all size of events from large to small. Weddings, business events, birthdays, baby showers and all other types of party’s! All the gourmet food prepared for your event is done so on the trailer. My trailer is a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook the perfect meal. If smoked meat is on the menu, rest assured that meat will be smoked over night and as long as it needs to in order to be the perfect flavor. Don’t take my word for it though, let your taste buds do the talking!
